There is a city just on the edge of Upton, New York where few people have been and even fewer know of the secrets of this strangely yet familiar city. Once a hide out for the famous politicians of her age, she had abundance a tale for such a small and quaint little spot.

Laden with picture book locations and a plethora of history, This would be an adventure for any person that dared to search her treasures.There was the lasting boat docks that had stories of fish absconded. An outdated lumber mill, that long since become the subject of legends and long tales, as well as the taboo playhouse of every childs thoughts. The kingdom of Gourdon to the child Trent Sikes. A castle of royal abode to the prized young Lori Holsing.

Ah, and we cant forget the new and old light shops, packed to the top with halo decorative lighting. This was a treasure for the old and the young alike. mesmerizing shades of rainbow colors twirling through myriads of low dangling lighting. The decorative track lighting provided a unique quality to this indoor light show. I must say there had to be a intentional design to this splendid wonder, there could be no other reason to the man made awe that these halo lighting shows provided.

The town was no other than Moxie,New York a haven for the bothered Ted Kennedy, as well as the familiar local of every known mobster of the day. It was said, that unless you could find your own way to Moxie and back, you couldn’t be trusted in the small circle of the days elite.
