This is a tricky one, you may be thinking of the middle months. However if you do think about it, although it sounds like a strange time it does in fact make a lot of sense. Although many people believe that the summer time is the biggest time for holiday bookings they are wrong. This is not the truth.
We all want to go on holiday in the summer, but we don’t book our holidays then. The one thing that does happen in summer is a spike in bookings at certain times. There are many factors that will effect whether or not you book a last minute holiday, and it usually comes down to the weather in your local area. This shows how much people think alike, and this spike shows when have had enough and want that last minute holiday.
January, this is the biggest month for holiday sales and bookings, just after Christmas there is a massive demand for holidays. An early booking, could mean an easier lead up to your holiday than a late holiday booking. This gives you the time to sort out anything that you need to, like getting time off work. Also if things go wrong, you can quite easily cancel your holiday in the near future. If you want to book yourself a holiday for summer time, and you want to make sure you get a seat, you book early.
Tour Operators rely on a big profit in this month, to help with the rest of the year, this quite quickly demonstrates how the year will pan out. January is the best month, and a good indicator of how well they will do for the rest of the year. The only times when they capitalise after a bad start is in the summer, for late holiday deals, or at Christmas time, for the best possible Christmas holidays.
For The Best Egypt holidays or Maldives holidays and a brilliant Vacation experience!
