Keeping the ball in the air: Apparently, your players will develop into multi talented players by practicing this drill. Make the players stand in a circle and you yourself stand the middle of the circle. You can now start with the ball rolling between you, your players, or amid them. Try to maintain the ball in the air and not let it fall on the ground. You are not allowed to make use of your hands while doing this exercise. Involve only your head, feet or knees. To begin with, keep the groups large for this activity but then gradually reduce their size.
