Of course everyone is aware of all of the types of holiday out there but what makes them really enjoyable? Is it the great times you have when there? It could be the memories you hold dear to you afterwards? Maybe it is a combination of the two? These are just a couple of destinations that people think are really fun, they are destinations people go back to time and time again.

Florida

I always throw this into the mix when I am talking about going on vacation and this is because it is such a fantastic destination and one that I could never get bored of talking about. Of course one of the main reasons this is such a great destination is because there is no way to get bored. All you need to do is sit down and think about all of the places you have within this section of the world. Disneyworld, Universal, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens and these are just some of the parks in the area. You also have the Kennedy Space Centre, Everglades, and amazing water sports; there is just so much to be done here. Disney offer out spa breaks too so bear this in mind.

Villas

I am thinking I should move on from Florida now (if I have too). If you are staying in a villa the chances are you are going to have your own private pool, there are plenty of things you can do as a family and have a great time with a pool. Pick up an inflatable beach ball, make a net out of two lilos and you are pretty much set for a family challenge. There is so much fun to be had with this that the time you have here just goes too fast.

You could of course look for the UK when it comes to a holiday and go on one of those UK family holidays or dancing holidays.

So many people within the UK will of course head out to their favourite theme park once a year and who’s to blame them, there are some great ones out therwe. Okay so they are not as good as the ones in Florida or most of the other ones across the USA and the staff are all miserable people that couldn’t care less about the safety of guests. It really is still worth a break away to once of these places, what if you are looking for something more.

If your lucky enough to have been to Disney World you will know that they have a ride in the Animal Kingdom known as Kilimanjaro Safari that is of course supposed to be based on the real thing. However does it really compare or is it just a badly made ride that is there for the people who are interested in animals but not going on a safari.

The ride itself is very good as it feels like a real safari so it is very cool if you cannot afford to gety over to Africa for the real thing. It has the real animals like the lions, elephants and zebra that you would expect to see on a real safari. There are many negatvies to the ride itself. The person driving you around is very cheesy indeed and although they do give you a lot of really useful information on the animals you can often tell they have to repeat themselves many times during the course of the day.

It of course does not compare to the real thing but are Disney not looking to compare but to show a glimpse of the real thing. All Disney are tyring to do is giving a bit of a taster when it comes to going on a safari. They are tying to show people the amazing parts of Africa that you never hear about on the news and attempting to inspire people to visit the real place.

So why don’t you actually go after a real Safari holiday by taking a going on one of those Kenya Holidays. Of course you could also go on one of those Namibia Holidays or even Zambia Holidays.

It really is up to you, if you don’t want to see the real Africa then just go to a theme park with a safari ride!
